The Challenge
- Needed to uplift old platform components while solving current UX problems
- Balancing which features to reconfigure vs keep the same to manage effort
- Upgraded many elements that we were later asked to undo
Despite challenges, our team identified areas needing improvement and advocated to include updates. We leveraged consistency as justification, ensuring new experiences aligned with available components.

Our Strategy
To enable consistency, our team created precise guidelines and specifications for developers. We recreated the entire platform with new components and prototyped all user interactions to provide clear direction.
